When this term is used to describe a female, it isn't so different.
It isn't about being ghetto, or obnoxious.
It's about being the type of female who doesn't have enough self respect to not allow herself to be used as a tool to loosen a nut.
A "ratchet ass bitch" will always pick up the phone no matter how many times a dude disrespects her or is blatantly only interested in using her to bust a nut.
Regardless of how awful or shitty he treats and clearly views her, she will always continue to let dudes treat her in such away because as mentioned before she has no self respect.

Go out every weekend with no money nor a baby sitter looking for others to buy them a drink. Always wearing them stiff ass tracks. Be lieing for no reason and especially the ones that always have to brag but don't have nothing more than the next bitch.
Old tracks, always broke, have your kids dirty because you spent the money on an outfit to go out with, the bragging type but don't have nothing, and always lieing about unnecessary stuff. Always calling somebody else ratchet
