A slang phrase referring to nausea of such extreme intensity that the physical act of vomiting "feels" comparable to expelling the contents of your viscera or gray matter (brain).

If you drink too much alcohol, you'll be "puking your brains out" in front of everyone.

When a person sleeps outside in a public place because they either got kicked out of their home or they don't feel like going home (And sometimes they just feel like it). Mostly occurs among teenagers in suburban areas. Many kids street punk it in groups at places like elementary school playgrounds and behind grocery stores or shopping malls.

He was street punking it at the playground last night because his mom was on crack.
