Psychopath

Someone who lacks empathy, lies compulsively, often has a bad sense of smell, and is prone to over reacting to things that don't go their way. Often stereotyped as being a hot murderer who always knows what they are doing, most Psychopaths are actually very impulsive and rarely plan ahead. These people can be found most often working as a CEO, Actor, Doctor/Surgeon, Manager, or Politician.

I'm sorry to say your boss may be a psychopath.

Psychopath

Some one with a lack of remorse and empathy and many other symptoms I'm no scientist but as moderate psychopath I can confirm those 2 .
There are many stereotypes around psychopath like we are all serial killers who dump bodies in a river is not necessarily true but some psychopaths dont have any crimes committed like me but some do.Us psychopaths aren't just born with it 100% of the time but gained it from live events like I.young Man(do not judge).Gained it from my father how was not the best father for a the first few years of my life did things he shouldn't of done I didnt understand then but now I am more smarter than I was 7 years ago I understand he is still a not so great father but i see the pain that he has gone through.Okay I'll stop ranting about this (sorry)

To project your mind to kill another's.

I had to kill, but it wasn't the right time, there were to many people. So I have to do things the hard way by projecting Psychopathic waves and all of the sudden the person died with no evidence to link me to the murder.
