Adjective, noun, used to describe a person who is expressing effeminate characterstics in a non homo setting. Coined ome, because of its derivation from homo and karamo (see no homo and no karamo). The politically correct term used in corporate settings especially over instant messenging and emails.

A guy who would leave his bestfriend since grade 4 for other people and never talk to them again and always made fun of their friends to make them feel bad. They also make immature jokes to make people laugh when it is actually really annoying.
