Rolling 20's Neighborhood Bloods

The Rolling 20 Neighborhood Bloods (R20NHB) are a predominately African-American street gang in the West Adams community of South Los Angeles, California. During the 1950s and 60s there was a gang in this area called Blood Alley on Cordova Street near where the Santa Monica Freeway is today that was the predecessor neighborhood to the Rollin 20s Blood. In the early 1970s when black gangs were on the rise, the youth from this neighborhood continued the Blood identity from the previous generation, but it was not related to the Blood identity that grew in the 1970s. Some of the founders of the 20s are O/G Big Red, Al, & Tee Coleman.

Here comes the neighborhood

It's what you say when you see an advertisement for a new development in a part of town that was once cool (see:low rent, dangerous, fun) and you get the hint of dread upon imagining the hoard of NPC yuppies from out of state that will inevitably fill up at least 60% of these polished turd-houses/shit-buildings. ....And all the new traffic that goes along with having several hundred new residents all trying to come and go from the area during certain times of day, in a place without the proper infrastructure to facilitate it.

Someone asks "did you see what they're gonna build down on Gay St?"

You respond (usually prefaced with a sigh that borders on a groan) "Yup. Shame... Here comes the neighborhood"

Utah Neighborhood Barbecue

Deriving it's name from "Spitroasting," the Utah Barbecue is a similar sex act, where a woman is placed doggy style and is penetrated both orally and vaginally, by two men. The difference being that another woman lays on top of the first, facing the opposite direction, allowing the men to switch between oral and vaginal sex at their own discretion.

By extension, 2 optional elements can be implemented
1: the two men HAVE to stare into each others eyes, as a way to poke fun at the repressed homosexuality in the Utah/Mormon communities.
2: The women are not allowed to talk, move, or complain about the situation, poking fun at the misogyny in the Utah/Mormon communities.

Ideally, the two men and women are a pair of straight couples, which is why the name is so specific, as the it is supposed to conjure up a classic Utahn Block Party, but except with a spit roast, rather than a grill.

Now that's eatin good in the neighborhood

Friendly Neighborhood Sadist

C albert thought this is best described as a drugged, manipulated, vulnerable woman taken advantage of by a guy looking to pick up any one he could get back so he could trap them. Uses his alienation and hostage taking skills to force the her in compromising situations...this guy is a disgusting....truth is a friendly neighborhood sadist would be a slut, someone easy, a mark....so with that said you fail to accurately describe any Caren(beautiful crazy woman) I know....Carens are the magic yet flexible enough to be the magician, a Witch yet smart enough to be the Spell, often a Teacher but also the lesson needed.....Carens wouldn't be best described as unicorns, just not enough uniqueness..maybe a glowing unicorn with a sparkling glitter mane elevated by love, if a unicorn is a must it would be THAT GOOD..she is a friendly neighborhood sadist only if you rewrite a few dictionaries and relearn the ENGLISH language until that occurs she will be MAGIC

Caren is Magic this includes sadist to dominatrix, lover to loved, winner to won and amazing to me. Caren isn't some 2 bit friendly neighborhood sadist Charlie makes her out to be but her Magic lets him believe whatever he wants to believe while she remains the same. Neighborhood Assemblies and Neighborhood Communes

Direct, face-to-face democratic institutions where residents of a local area (a neighborhood, block, or housing complex) gather to make binding decisions on matters affecting their immediate community. A Neighborhood Assembly is the general deliberative body—the town hall for local issues. A Neighborhood Commune is the more radical form where this assembly assumes direct political and economic control, managing shared resources (gardens, tools, childcare), security, and dispute resolution, often operating on principles of consensus and mutual aid. They are laboratories of hyper-local self-governance, bypassing traditional municipal bureaucracy.

Example: After the city repeatedly fails to repair a dangerous intersection, residents of the Oak Street block form a Neighborhood Assembly. They meet monthly in a garage. They vote to install a community-funded traffic calming plan. This evolves into a Neighborhood Commune: they pool money to buy tools for a communal garden in a vacant lot, organize a rotating schedule for elderly care, and run a local security patrol. They've created a micro-polity based on direct participation, making the city government largely irrelevant for their daily lives. Neighborhood Assemblies and Neighborhood Communes.

Neighborhood Democracy

A hyper-local model where the primary unit of political power is the neighborhood or block. Residents in a small, geographically bounded area meet in regular assemblies to make decisions on local issues (parks, traffic, zoning) and elect recallable delegates for city-wide coordination. It’s a building block for municipalist movements, aiming to reclaim the city street-by-street from impersonal bureaucracy and developer capital.

Example: The Zapatista communities in Chiapas, Mexico, organize their governance around autonomous municipalities where villages (neighborhoods in a rural sense) hold assemblies to make decisions. While part of a larger revolutionary structure, this foundation in direct, local decision-making is a form of Neighborhood Democracy.
