That one fine ass person that you’ll see in the hallways of school that you lowkey have mad feelings for but can never get the courage nor opportunity to talk to them. You don’t even know their name yet they live in your head rent free. You’ve probably imagined scenarios of them. You’ll wonder wether or not the feelings are reciprocated. You’re not sure if they fw you because they look at you and sometimes smile at you, but at the same time they don’t bother adding your socials or even initiate a simple conversation.
I still remember that fine girl that used to look at me and smile in the hallways. I never knew her name but she was fine af. She’s my hallway crush

Get the hallmark movie mug.Literally a half-hipster. Usually, a true hipster will not admit to being one to preserve their social independence and obscurity which makes it difficult to pinpoint the difference between hipsters and halfpsters. Many people are not prepared to fully commit to being so superior and hip all the time, causing many people to be classified somewhere within gray area of halfpster-dom. Halfpsters can be identified by the presence of some mainstream music on their playlists, occasional appearance of branded clothing in their wardrobe, and general denial of being wholly and truly hipster.
Hipster Friend: What is this Flo-Rida doing on your iPod? You know how over-produced his stuff is.
Halfpster: Yeah I know, but I like that song. Sue me.

Get the halfpster mug.Barrett Hall is currently a coed upperclassman dorm at William and Mary, housing Second, Third, and Fourth-Year students. However, it is mostly inhabited by Second-Years since older students, whose seniority grants them first pick of housing, fill up the better upperclassman dorms, leaving Barrett to the sophomores. Nevertheless, Barrett is a definite step up from freshman housing, as it features air conditioning in every room. The first and third floors house women, while the second floor houses men. Thus, there is one large single-gender bathroom on each floor.
Barrett is unique among W&M dorms for its V-shape and large porch. It features large, well-furnished social and study lounges on the first floor. There are also balconies outside many second-floor rooms, which students can access through windows. The college makes no official statement on whether students are allowed to sit on these balconies, but it seems like something that would not be allowed, so students typically do so only under cover of darkness.

Camille: What residence hall are you in this year?
Dylan: Barrett Hall!
Camille: Wow, so you have that nice porch, then.
Dylan: Yeah! And at night, I like to sit out on the second-floor balcony as well.
