The Liberal version of calling someone a snowflake. Someone who is biased, closed minded and/or unsympathetic, usually of the Conservative party.

The thought behind the word is that when a snowflake melts, it becomes an unremarkable drip of water.

Drip is a commonly used word online to refer to a person sense of style, usually used as if it were money, either having more or less drip. This word has mostly come from the goku-drip meme, which consists of the character Goku from Dragon-ball Z in a designer jacket. This meme has become wide spread to other characters, often used in a scene where in the last couple of seconds he will appear. Drip mat also refer to a small amount of water often falling.
