Donkey Nipple Cripple

Also know as the Donkey Purple Nurple. A donkey nipple cripple occurs during sexual intercourse, most commonly in the cowgirl position, when prior to orgasm one member grabs the others nipple, twists it either in a clockwise or anticlockwise direction it does not matter.
