Coogi

Coogi sweaters were originally made for older white folks who played golf at the local country club. Now the bright, expensive designs have been discovered by the, of course, mostly low income, poverty stricken, hip-hop culture. Basically, if one owns a Coogi sweater, the rent will be over due but one gains status. Yup, with some construction boots made by Timberland and a skiing coat made by The North Face, you can look fresh AND not have any money to buy the groceries... Nice.

Cooks Source

Also known as Cooks Source Magazine, a Magazine from New England, which is full of thieves, crooks, and liars. An organization comparable with death, Nazis, and poop.

In anger, people started to revolt to protect what was rightfully theirs. After all, Cooks Source was the center of all evil. And as people started using Cook Source as a term in conversation, new phrase had been born.

To use the term, simply state something terrible and blame it on Cooks Source, chances are it actually was their fault in the first place.

Cooks Source blocked the adoption of the metric system.

1. To be cooler than cool. Coobs has worked its way into internet chat slang. Used mainly in MSN conversations and mmorpg chats, this word is a hip twist on a combination of the words cool and boobs, which elevates its meaning above plain old cool.

The most common use for coobs stems from talking to your friends on msn. They may say something that you don't really feel like responding to, and that's when you type "coobs". They'll be like, "sweet, he was listening", when you really weren't.
