A very annoying and stupid phrase used to describe someone or something very cool.

- "Dude, this kid I know is mad chill..."

- "What the hell is with all this 'mad chill' crap that everyone keeps repeating?"

- "Well, uh, it's just a new thing everyone is saying..."

- "Can you think for yourself for once and not use such a stupid phrase and stick to something that isn't so retarded?"

- "Dude, you're being an idiot..."

- "'Dude', please don't call me 'dude'... and I'm not the one whose saying 'mad chill'"

- "That's what I thought..."

"Its basically like netflix and chill, but with the use of violence, drugs, and or s&m. It could have been planned beforehand or it could have been a 'netflix and chill' gone wrong. Usually one or more participants or observers will get injured.

Chill guy

Is the exact opposite of an actual chill person. Usually brags about his dick size to people he thinks are his friends and in reality his dick is just ten inches of foreskin and smegma. Someone who is a Chill guy gained this label by referring to themselves as a "Chill Guy" on multiple occasions and says he is "down to fuck". When you use this word to describe someone you're most likely being sarcastic.

Yeah that guy Jake, he's a pretty Chill guy.
