Usually an exclamation that indicates that something is extreme such as surprise, wonder or anger. Also any other emotion, thought or action that is thought to be extreme.

Mike was so high one time when he was smoking some weed he said "Hit Yo! That's some good weed!"

Dragon Hit

A large hit of marijuana, often sighted as the most boisterous and flamboyant method for taking a huge toke. The hit is performed by standing, then exhaling the smoke with arms spread and facing the sky, mimicking a dragon breathing fire into the air.

Fuck, that dude just took the biggest dragon hit on top of that tree stump, it was boss.
