Someone who you thought was a good friend but they only show up when the circumstances are in their favor.

At first I thought Matt was a good friend because he would always hang out. Turns out he was just a fair weather-friend. Boy it is mighty cloudy today.

Means the same thing as "fair enough". Shows that you think something is acceptable, or that you don't care and just want to end the discussion.

Fair dig

A term from Belfast N.Ireland meaning two people having a fair fight to settle there differences. No weapons of any kind and no other friends get involved, just two people settling their differences like men then shaking hands and showing respect for each other. After a dispute is settled they may even have a couple of beers together.

Paddy- "Stevie Quinn and Crazy Joe are going to go outside and work out their differences"

Cormac- "Is it a going to be a fair dig"?

Paddy- "Yes, most likely it wont last long as Stevie is a real hard bastard"

Cormac- "Aye its a pity kids these days need to carry weapons and have friends help when they get in fights"

An aesthetic surrounding the theme of nature, soft pastels, butterflies, magic, flowers, soft animals like bunnies, and the vibe of springtime. The visuals are very similar to cottagecore. The fashion includes lacy clothing, bows, ribbons, shiny makeup/ clothes, and pastel colors. Like cottagecore this aesthetic is based around nature.

Fair Line

For some unknown reason in baseball, although both are in fair territory, both the line and the pole are officially called the foul line and the foul pole. They are both absolutely in fair territory, and therefore many of my friends and myself have called the two the fair line and the fair pole for many years.

Mike's Weenie's line drive hit the fair pole, and was therefore a home run. Earlier, David DeJesus's hooking liner hit the fair line in right field and was a double.

Fairfield University

Small Jesuit school located in Fairfield Connecticut. 95% of students are carbon-copies of one another, not that that's a bad thing. They are generally prep school graduates, attractive, white, very wealthy, moderately intelligent, with a super-human capacity for alcohol. Some may consider these kids snobby, pretentious, and privileged. Requirements for admission include but are not limited to owning a pink vineyard vines polo, sperrys, daddys credit card, mommys credit card, a trust fund, anything pastel, and some sort of alcoholism. For the girls, as many black leggings and rompers that can be fit into a draw.

One fairfield University kid to another:

Person 1:What should I wear to the beach today?

Person 2: Your polo and sperrys

Person 1: How are we going to get there?

Person 2: I will put the uber on daddys credit card!!
