1.) A douche bag that shoots fire instead of water or liquid medication into a vagina.

2.) A person who so exceeds the standard amount of douche baggery that their mere presence is as enjoyable as using an afore-mentioned fire shooting douche bag.

Justin was a super douche after the petty way he handled his girlfriend dumping him when he tried to blame it on her best friend because he cannot handle his own problems.

The slang word for Blue Tooth. A small wireless device allowing people (mostly douches) to communicate on cell phones 24/7, making it look like they are talking to themselves. These people think they are awesome because they are so nifty with their headsets. But they are just douches.
