A fart that is so pungent and raw that a dog reacts as if food has been laid out.

I was dropping dog bait last night since I had steak and eggs for breakfast.

My dog bait , caused by beer and slim jims, confused my pup the other day.

Squirrel Bait: Sinilar to dingleberries, tag nuts, clingons etc but can be used specifically to feed small woodland critters.

Aw man it was a wars zone in there. Luckily I salvaged some Squirrel Bait so I can take a little walk through the woods.

Fear Bait

A tactic used to deliberately provoke fear in a specific person or group, just to get a reaction. Similar to rage baiting, which seeks to spark anger, fear baiting is about triggering anxiety, panic, or unease on purpose. It's typically personal or situational, rather than widespread like fear mongering. The term is most often used among friends in a joking way, though it can also describe moments where fear is pushed a little too far.

The term was coined by Twi Shorts to describe AyoDen's playful attempts to spook or freak others out.

1. He was fear baiting his little brother with fake ghost stories just to watch him freak out.

2. Telling her the teacher’s mad when they’re not is just fear baiting at this point.

trigger bait

Something that is said for the sole purpose of setting someone off. The person then deflates and de-escalates the situation by that what was said was trigger bait.

Person 1: Whiplash is such a mid movie.
Person 2: Okay well that's clearly trigger bait.

Taking the DM Bait

When someone "accidentally" texts someone or messages them on social media, but has a plan to work on them to get in their pants.

I butt dialed her to see if she would end up taking the DM bait. She responded and we started talking about what she wants in a man and then I played the game and she gave it up to me and took the bait.

Vampire Baiting

You're done playing a great story-driven game, such as Outer Wilds, Subnautica or Omori and you want more... but the game has zero replay value. You already played it twice and know the story by heart. You get withdrawal. You're on Youtube looking at let's-plays to try to fill a hole like you're some kind of vampire feeding on other people's first experience with the game. You eventually run out of playthrough videos, so now you have to bait everyone you know into playing the game to feed your addiction.

My brother has been vampire baiting me to play Ultrakill for more than a year now
