Umbilical Spit

A type of spit that usually occurs after being deyhydrated or after strenuous physical activity. The gum-like quality of the spit causes it to hang unceremoniously from your mouth in a long string of saliva, usually causing the victim to lean forward with their head away from their body and shaking erratically in an attempt to break the Umbilical Spit.

Friend: "John, why are you looking at the ground like that?
John: "I'm waiting out this massive umbilical spit"

sharing spit

Sharing spit is slang for making out. It literally describes the act of making out, because usually when two people are kissing with tongue spit is exchanged. It could be used in a negative or positive way depending on who you're talking about (but usually used negatively, e.g. when talking about a conniving weasel of a girl cheating on her faithful boyfriend.)

Mackenzie: Hey, Shawna, did you see Khloe sharing spit with that white boy at the game?
