Putin Curse

The Putin curse is very much like the famed "Assad curse". The Putin curse is when a country or leader does something to negatively affect Russia but it actually negatively affects them. Most commonly used in the war in Ukraine when many media articles said russia would run out of manpower and ammo while in reality Ukraine was running out of manpower and ammo. Also, when numerous countries sanctioned Russia it bit the countries in the ass.

"Bro look at this media article saying Russia will run out of ammo in 2 weeks" month later "Bro look at this media article saying Ukraine is running out of ammo, must be the Putin curse"

Putin's Retreat

A situation where you and your wife are invited to your boss's home for dinner. Upon finishing dinner, your boss takes your wife and proceeds to have sex with her on the dinner table in front of you while firmly holding your gaze. Upon finishing, he instructs you to leave and you are expected to shake his hand at the door and thank him for a lovely evening.

My boss invited us over for dinner. I really don't want to go because he's a psychopath and I know that it's going to end up being another Putin's Retreat.

Petting volcano

A cute little volcano totally not menacing and so cute and sweet that people come from around the globe to pet it, take pictures of it, cook hot dogs on it and feed it drones. Such adorable little volcanoes are usually only found in southwestern iceland.
