True Homo

True homos (truehomos) are males or females who are strictly attracted to people biologically of the same sex. This excludes gender identification and usage of hormones completely.

Person 1: "Yo that girl is kinda hot.."
Person 2: "Thats a mtf trans person, I thought you said you were gay?"
Person 1: "No- true homo, I'm attracted to people biologically male."
