Chatspeak 

Chatspeak, aka netspeak. This is a form of speech in which one shortens words and replaces the letter "s" with the letter "z" in an effort to save time and look cool. Chatspeakers also rarely use capitalization or correct punctuation.

Chatspeakers are generally looked down on by people who can actually spell and who have enough self-respect to type out a real sentence.

Chatspeak can never be considered 'literate.'

1. Someone who blatantly kisses ass of politicians to get ahead.
2. An extreme supporter of a political party who will do everything for recognition from that political party.
3. An individual who has been brainwashed by politicians, is biased, and sometimes cannot express an opinion.
4. A lowlife person used as a puppet by politicians.

chatte luft 

Is Norwegian slang word for talking bullshit. It's used by immigrants who talks kebabnorsk and is very common to hear at the east side of Oslo. "Chatte luft" directly translated to english is to chat air.

Norwegian:
Person 1 "Hør'a brur, jeg skal dunke så mange mæber i kveld wallah?"
Person 2 "hva mæber mann? du chatte luft"

English
Person 1 "Listen bro, I'm going to fuck so many bitches tonight, i swear"
Person 2 " What bitches man? you talkin bullshit"
