The term "toys" comes from the actual source of idea - kids toys. The difference is that EVs are just bigger in scale. The lie, that they are "green" is another example of human dumbness. Compared to a car, which creates little pollution during its entire lifespan, an EV creates tons of environment-harming substances and its not even made yet. And during the winter the battery doesnt last. Currently there is no way of recycling these toy batteries 20x bigger.
