1. An amatuer investor who buys stocks based on hype and a total lack of understanding for market conditions, valuations and long term strategy.

2. A person who dumps all of their life savings into the stock market and then tries to convince everyone they know to do the same thing in the hopes that it will create enough hype to create a short term growth bubble.
