Apeing

Apeing is when you buy a crypto token or non fungible token (NFT) shortly after the token project launch without doing your own research (DYOR), usually because they are fearful of missing out (FOMOing) on potential gains that could be lost if they hesitate in order to conduct due diligence.

Ape: Bro, check out this new crypto coin called ASS. It's supposed to be lit!
You: You're totally apeing into that shit aren't you?
Ape: Yeah bro I already swapped 20 ETH for it!
You: SMH
