The word Big Mac Tits, abbreviated as BMT is used as an insulation of an individual which has thickened breast, usually towards a male receiver. The world is also used to get someone's attention and to make them purposely chase after them in an attempt to bash the fuck out of you. There is also a dance called the Big Mac Tits dance where you chant Big Mac Tits or BMT a second after each other, you also gesture, you raise both of your hands up above your head, then down to your mouth like if you're eating something with two hands, presumably a burger, and then put both of your hands on your breasts, in the fashion of how you put your hand under your waist during the Circle Game.
