Typical Urbandictionary Definition

When someone, most likely a prepubescent 13 year old, writes a sex definition for something which has nothing to do with the word you looked up.

Theoretical example - I look up forum troll, because i've seen it used extensively on forums, and never understood what it meant. One of the definitions will most likely be something like this -

"While ur fucking ur girl from behind in teh dark, u put a dildo instead of ur dick in her hole, u then grab a cardboard box full of troll dolls and begin throwing them at her, all the while yelling ATTACK OF TEH FORUM TROLLS!!!"

A typical urbandictionary definition deserves deletion, it contributes nothing to the viewer's knowledge, and only serves to prove how idiotic the poster is.

see roflcopter I think its about the 6th definition down. That is a prime example of a typical urbandictionary definition.

Post Mass Effect Depression

Sometimes associated with the "Mass Effect effect", this feeling comes from the completion of the Mass Effect game series. Common causes include getting immersed so much in the game that after completion, you feel lost and/or empty, or realizing that the Mass Effect universe is so amazing compared to our own and you're pushed down by the fact that you'll never be a part of it.

To be less extreme, people may feel empty because they realize that no other game will ever be as immersive as the Mass Effect series, thus ending their gaming career forever.

A common outcome of Post Mass Effect Depression:

"No girl like Tali'Zorah nar Rayya exists in our world..."

Abbreviation of "halfway decent," meaning good, okay, or all right, often when there was a lower expectation. Somewhere between clutch and meh.

Joe: What'd you think of Avatar?
Suzy: It was half dubs dece, though the Pocahantas shit was a little overdone.
Joe: Fuck you I thought it was da shit.
Suzy: Totes whatevs. Wanna get some chicken selects?

Post-Party Depression

is commonly experienced following parties of any kind. Severity of symptoms may depend on a number of variables, two of which being the duration of the event, and general level of epicness. The symptoms of depression may include, but are not limited to: feelings of emptiness, loneliness, disconnect, gloominess, and general sadness. The individual may feel reclusive, or oppositely, the need to connect with certain people -- possibly both. Once everyone has gone their separate ways, the world feels empty, and one may feel disconnected from it. Their emotions feel detuned and/or out of tune, creating an inescapable feeling of dissonance. For the time being, one is without their much needed sense of normality which, while emotionally disconcerting, may cause him or her to become very reflective in a rather nostalgic way.

Treatment for Post-Party Depression: Naps, watching your favorite TV shows, watching movies, comfort foods, relaxing, playing old video games, talking to people online or on the phone, post-poning any obligations until symptoms subside.

Desire Sensor

A gamer superstition. The Desire Sensor detects what rare item, or event you are farming for, and prevents the game from giving it to you. Only when you forget about it, or no longer need it will the item drop, or event happen.
