It captures an angry resident berating young guests of another resident fishing at the pond on property. The resident accuses the guests of trespassing because they weren’t accompanied by the resident & escalates when the resident starts assaulting them by laying her hands on them. Residents tend to be acting as self appointed citizens enforcement.
Bunch of angry, grumpy people. Seems racist against younger people, obviously minorities.
