Definition: A Snotnazi is a person whom is a pest or over obsessed with enforcing mask polices or tells everyone they see with out a mask to put one on. Also known to ask if wearing a proper mask, or have a mask underneath a unfit mask deemed unfit by the mask Snotnazi.
