2. Puerto Ricans are now exempt from this definition

1.Spicklets are often overweight due to their daily consumption of burritos, corn and tecate.
2.Unprepared female Spicklets often give birth to even younger spicklets due to a strong Catholic tradition which does not allow for condom use.
