OMG, I can't believe the epic last responder shifts my obstetrician wife is pulling so far in 2021 -- all those @#$%! millennials couldn't just binge-watch and keep their hands to themselves for a couple of months?

The Last Mile

(noun)- when someone is at the point when they can longer hold their shit in any longer, will result in inability to walk, stomach cramps and a photo finish at the bathroom (if the victim makes it to a bathroom in time)
