Basically the same as "hold her down" to have her back, protect her, be there for her etc..

Phrase that refers to a popular Vine video which took a phrase from a YouTube video of a women explaining her excuse for a crime she was being accused of. Now generals of the public use it as a joke for when they are accused of doing something wrong.

Teacher: Principles office now Jo
