Snap

1. a card game in which players take it in turns to turn over cards on a central pile. When two cards of the same number (or of the same design, in specialist card sets) are overturned, the first person to cry "snap!" and place their hand on the pile wins the hand.
2. An exclamation to declare similarity or matching items, drawn from the card game in 1.

"I have five fingers on each hand."

SAPS: an acronym for Severe Affective Paranoia Syndrome. The prime symptom of SAPS patients is that they are irrationally and unreasonably anxious about low risk threats and tend to not consider much higher risk situations.
