A discarded mask left outside on the ground or in a parking lot, usually run over by a car and filthy never to be worn again.

I walked into the grocery store and saw a dirty maskcasualty on the ground. Someone should probably throw it away before the next pandemic.

Maskholes are people accost/fight/hit/spit other people about mask wearing, whether they are pro or con mask. They take it to the extreme

The grocery store has a mask required sign. Bob don’t want to wear a mask. Rather than going to another store, he goes into the grocery store. When an employee asks him to wear a mask, rather than comply, Bob cussed at the employee and spits on her. Bob is a major maskhole.
