When you spend so long sitting in one spot playing a video game uninterrupted that you are completely immersed in the game and entirely numb to and dissociated from the world around you.

Josh: I just spent 6 hours straight playing Minecraft, and then, when I had to get up to go to dinner, I was so disoriented. I couldn't even remember what day it was.
