Literally translates to “Instagram” saw it first. Used most often by an instagram thot with a drab personality who posts a photo from her instagram on other social media platforms to draw attention to the fact that she invariably has an Instagram.

In other words: a lazy, uncreative attempt at attracting followers for perceived social pseudo-capital on a digital platform; ultimately with no real gain to be had, other than, perhaps, an empty click or follow.
