Synonym for Methamphetamine Meth. Derived from chronic users of the drug who have become emaciated, have an androgynous appearance and act peculiar. Male addicts in particular frequently will act feminine and perform unnecessary domestic chores and repetitive tasks that accomplish nothing. See also Tweaker

A fag stealer aka a guy who mopes about the communal share house and when no one is looking does a sleuth move of taking a handful of whomevers marlbro golds/ winnie blues/ etc are left on the table over night home before sunrise after big party.

" what the f? I had a whole packet of 25's fags I use sole purpose for spinner they last me a week! I stay here and my whole pack is gone overnight? what is this the fag stealer version of the "Elves n the shoemaker??"

White rubber boots worn by fishermen (especially shrimpers) in Southern United States. Named because of a connection to percieved gayness, they are usually required utilitarian wear. Not necessarily a derogatory term to the wearer.
