A loose grainy half-a** job of arc-joining two pieces of metal.

A lot of "Chineseum" metal-channel/piping framework-assemblies are merely tacked together with a few carelessly-slapped-on poorous welds --- definitely examples of "you get what you pay for"-level workmanship!
