Someone who posts lame videos (or no videos) and then leaves a comment on your post to "follow me and I'll follow you back" or "follow 4 follow".

The purpose is to gain followers without earning them by actually making creative content.(or by copying the style of more popular viners) The lowest form of vining.

"Look at this guy, no posts and 1500+ followers, what a Vine whore! ...stop commenting me!!"
