A slang expression for denial that carries a negative connotation, often associated with a prevalent surname among Jewish individuals.

"Hey come on man, I just bought a twelver and a pack of cigarettes. Throw in a book of matches?"
" ..Lighters are 99 cents sir."
"Steined."

"I've been in lockup for the whole weekend--you're going to stein me a blowjob now?!?!"

"I asked for a gefilte Filet-O-Fish but I got steined!!"

The loss of muscle, particularly in a short amount of time.

Perceived atrophy. To look smaller. To shrink.
