Soulmate

A soulmate is a person you share an intimate connection with. It goes beyond "shared trauma" or similar interests. This person can be a best friend, a family member, a lover... It's someone you can dive with into the deepest, darkest sides of life without feeling horrified, because you know they'll never leave you alone. They'll hold your hand till they very end and changing their mind will never be an option. A soulmate will stay.
