Someone who listens to actually talented hip hop artists like Nas, Lupe Fiasco, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, LL Cool J, KRS-One, 2Pac, Biggie, Dr. Dre, Eazy E, Big Pun, Proof(from d12), Big L, Ice Cube, Immortal Technique, DMX, and Jay-Z. One who knows that wearing your hat sideways isnt gangster. Finally one who knows how to type on the internet properly.
