Someone, usually a spotty teenager or halfwit, in a menial job that is often poorly paid and mind achingly repetative. Also can be a colleague of a similar description well known for under-performing.

Look at that gipper trying not to burn his hand in that vat of hot oil, he should use the wire basket that McDonalds provide to hold the fries.

Something that is extreme or epic. Can be a bad or good thing.

While in Germany, I ordered a plate of meat ravoli, which turned out to be a giant sausage patty with a pork chop underneath it, giant meatball - not potatoes. Then to complete the plate, there was still a sausage link underneath a shit ton of gravy. It was quite gupers!
