Also can refer to a person who is hard work to be around.

A piece of gristle found typically in meat sauce or lasagna, especially a dish that you are thoroughly enjoying. Gristle Snorkel appears out of nowhere, and once sighted, has an immediate stomach turning effect. Can cause instant vegetarianism, but that does pass.
