Wandizing

The activation of several autonomous resources in resolving a non-mission critical issue, thereby wasting the time and efforts of those solicited in resolving the same issue.

Wandizing is when a sales person will ask the production manager to research status on an internal order, the same will be asked of the production planner, and the same with the material manager. As a result, time and energies are wasted with concurrent and redundant efforts.
