Trust issues

A person with trust issues may harbor negative beliefs about trust and may find themselves thinking limiting thoughts, such as:

“I can never let my guard down.”

“If I open up I will only get hurt again.”

“Everybody is out to get me.”

A person with these kinds of thoughts may construct social barriers as a defense mechanism to ensure that trust is not lost again. These barriers are often a person’s way of avoiding the pain, rejection, or guilt associated with mistrust.

I have Trust issues that's why I don't say how I feel.

Mostly found attending The University of Colorado Boulder, youths who are classified as hippies yet have extremely large amounts of money. They smoke weed, sport tie dye, and express ideas of world peace and love while living in exceptional homes and dining on organic caviar etc.

Only a trust fund hippie would light up to Bob Marley in his beamer.

Trust

Trust is what a couple have to have in order to be in love. To be in love u have to know that u are letting him/her a chance to break your heart. But trusting them not too. Keeping them intimate to ur emotions and feelings open up a whole new reason why u absolutely love him .

Telling someone you won't cheat and hurt them, telling them u love them and care for them and telling them about the stuff that got them hurt before and trusting they care enuff to understand and not doing it again to you, is TRUST.
