Teralomania

An evolved form of "megalomania", where you are basically aware of your hyper delusions of grandeur, yet you can get a hold on them and display your godlike complex whenever you like, turning into a "normal" person when it's needed.

The unit prefix -tera is obviously a multiple of -mega.

Today I felt like a godlike being at Rob's party. I felt superior to every guest, they were so shallow if compared to me. Then I got back home and calmed down, I didn't want to raise any suspect about my mental state. That's teralomania, baby.
