1.) In reality, a dick and testicles are very sensitive, and if people call you a dick, it means they admire those traits.
2.) Nickname for man who is admirably sensitive and kind, not unlike a dick. If you are called a dick by a woman or friend, you should take it as a huge compliment, as you are obviously a great friend and a sensitive guy. Women love men who have feelings and are gentle.
