To physically get smaller.

The loss of muscle, particularly in a short amount of time.

Perceived atrophy. To look smaller. To shrink.

“Dude, I haven’t been to the gym in a week! I feel like I’m steining away!”

“You used to be huge, but you’ve steined! What happened?”
