Players rely on each other to work as a unit and to support each other in open play. you cant fall over if someone messes up your hair (like in soccer). and no homo helmets (football). union more flowing than league, but both good. England to win world cup, come on the boys!!!

Rugby

A sport involving 15-a-side teams that originated in the UK, but is often criticised eslewhere due to its 'rough-and-tumble' nature, ie. you could walk off the pitch with several bones broken after the 80 minutes. It requires the mindset of stone and extreme physical shape, especially lower body and abdomen. Most rugby players start from a very early age in the UK and Oceana due to how 'specialist' most of the skills needed are. Despite the fact that playing rugby is by far more physically demanding than Football (Soccer), the players are paid less than the afore-mentioned counterpart, meaning that it is less financially rewarding to play than other mainstream sports, yet has its own culture that most of the 'born-and-bred' players live by, commonly referred to (at least in my area, this is a geographically dependant phrase) as "Scrum Down, Drink Up". No matter what happens on the field, you can still share several pints with the guy who speared you.

Rugby High School

A high school that's supposed to be incredible but ignores any struggling students and is home to some of the most basic bitches the world has ever seen. No-one trusts the pastoral team cause they're a joke and treat someone saying "kill me to let me out of this lesson" as a legit suicide threat. Meanwhile, kids will start crying in lesson and be completely ignored. They'll also hire legit nonces as cover teachers and then make all students who were reporting him leave pastoral if there are too many.

Don't go if you're trans, I've watched the teachers regularly misgendering and deadnaming students even after about a year to come to grips with the idea of them being trans.
Don't expect to feel welcomed unless you parents are making Hella cash or you are going to get into Oxbridge.

Student 1: I swear to god if I hear another bitch talking about her holiday to the tropics!
Student 2: OMG did I tell you about how I went to this beautiful little island over summer? I got well tanned...

Rugby

A medium sized town in the county of Warwickshire, UK. Rugby is where the game of the same name originated and has at some time been connected to famous people such as Rupert Brooke, Lewis Carroll and Guy Fawkes. Also home of Rugby School, the school at which the book, Tom Brown's School Days was set.
