Part of the dark triad, accompanied with narcissism and machiavellianism. Symptoms appear in early childhood. It used to be a term to define cunning serial killers, war criminals and rapists, but now it's a term thrown around by 12 year old children who use neopronouns, make badly animated porn on Gacha Life, and say they want to kill themselves despite being the most privileged generation in human history.
