Get the Non binary lesbian mug.(Usually woman-aligned) enbies who like women and other (usually woman-aligned) enbies
Usually either refer to themselves as wlw or nblw
Many people tend to think this is an oxymoron and that calling a non-binary person lesbian is misgendering. However, that is wrong.
1) Non-binary is an umbrella term. Many non-binary people can still and do still consider themselves women. Non-binary is not a 3rd gender, and is just a term for anyone who doesn’t perfectly fit the binary of being either a man or woman. Some people identify as being both non-binary and being a woman.
2) Misgendering an enby only happens when they tell you it happens. You cannot automatically assume you’re misgendering an enby just because you use the term “queen,” or call then a “her.” There’s no right or wrong way to be an enby. Many enbies use she/her or he/him pronouns, or even refer to themselves as a mister, or miss.
3) Being a lesbian is already considered out of the binary, and gnc. Society defines women by their attraction to men. If you’re a woman not attracted to men, you’re considered an outlaw, or “not a true woman.” This belief goes back in time. Being a lesbian is, according to society, already not fitting the gender binary, and what is expected of being a “true woman” (reminder that this doesn’t mean that all lesbians fall out of the binary; after all, a majority of lesbians are binary whether they are cis or trans. However, it provides reason for why certain enbies are also lesbians.)
