Kim Namjoon is the leader of BTS, a group with four number one albums on the Billboard 200 and as of this date, three entries into Hot 100 top 10. An amazing rapper known for his amazing lyricism and clever word play. A polyglot, Namjoon effortlessly raps in three languages, Japanese, English, and Korean. He has 162 KOMCA (Korean Music Copyright Association) credits to his name, as well as two mixtapes, RM and mono. Both have received critical acclaim, RM ranked 48 on Spin’s “50 best Hip Hop albums of 2015, while mono was the first Korean album to achieve 90 #1’s on iTunes at its release in 2018, and has, as of this date in 2020, achieved 116 #1’s.
