Canadian slang. Can have a variety of meanings, including (but not limited to) bitch, slut, bastard, and moron. Can really be used in place of any insult.
Man 1: “I just broke up with Stacey, I never knew she was such a mank! You’d think after all I did for her she would show some kindness, but instead she runs off every night with that mank of a yoga instructor she has! I can’t believe it!”
Man 2: “Bummer, dude”
